Troop 31 is a boy-led troop. Youth leaders run the program with guidance from adult leaders — a core element of the Scouting method.

Elected leader of the troop. Leads meetings and the Patrol Leaders' Council.
Asst. Senior Patrol Leader
Assists the SPL and supports specific program areas.
Patrol Leaders
Each patrol has a Patrol Leader who represents it on the PLC.
Quartermaster
Manages troop equipment and maintains inventory.
Adult Leadership
Scoutmaster
Primary adult leader responsible for program and mentorship of youth leaders.
Asst. Scoutmasters
Trained adult volunteers supporting program delivery and camping.
Troop Committee
Parent volunteers handling administrative and logistical support.
