Please complete all required forms before participating in troop events. Forms are available at Monday evening meetings or from the Scoutmaster.
Annual Forms
- BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A, B, C) — Required for all Scouts attending camp or high adventure.
- BSA Youth Application — For new Scouts joining the troop.
- Adult Volunteer Application — For parents wishing to register as leaders.
Event Forms
- Campout permission slips (distributed before each event)
- High adventure activity consent forms
- Eagle Scout project proposal and workbook
