For over 73 years, Troop 31 has sold Christmas trees every November and December. This beloved Rochester tradition funds campouts, equipment, summer camp scholarships, and high adventure trips.
How It Works
Fresh-cut Fraser firs and other varieties arrive in late November. Scouts and families staff the lot every weekend through December 23rd.
Participating
- All Scouts are expected to work shifts at the tree lot
- Family volunteers are always welcome and appreciated
- Scouts earn individual credit toward campout fees based on hours worked
- Great opportunity to develop salesmanship and customer service skills
